Refrain: Take my heart and
form it
Take my mind, transform it
Take my will, conform it
To Yours, to Yours, oh Lord
Faithfulness,
faithfulness is what I long for
Faithfulness is
what I need
Faithfulness, faithfulness
is what
You want from
me Refrain
Righteousness,
righteousness is what I long for
Righteousness is
what I need

Righteousness is what
You want from
me Repeat refrain two times
“All Creatures of Our God and
King”
All creatures of
our God and King
Lift up your voice
and with us sing
Oh, praise Him,
Alleluia
Thou burning sun
with golden beam
Thou silver moon
with softer gleam
Oh praise Him, Oh
praise Him
Alleluia, Alleluia,
Allelu-ia
Thou rushing wind
that art so strong
Ye clouds that sail
in heaven along
Oh praise Him,
Alleluia
Thou rising moon in
praise rejoice
Ye lights of
evening find a voice
Oh praise Him, Oh
praise Him
Alleluia, Alleluia,
Allelu-ia
(instrumental

Let all things
their Creator bless
And worship Him in
humbleness
Oh praise Him,

And praise the Spirit,
three in one
Oh praise Him, Oh
praise Him
Alleluia, Alleluia,
Allelu-ia

You stepped down into darkness
Opened my eyes, let

Beauty that made
this heart adore You
Hope of a life
spent with You

Here I am to bow down
Here I am to say that You’re my God
You’re altogether lovely, altogether worthy
Altogether wonderful to me
King of all days,
oh so highly exalted
Glorious in heaven
above
Humbly You came to the earth You created
All for love’s sake
became poor Refrain
And I’ll never know
how much it cost
To see my sin upon

And I’ll never know
how much it cost
To see my sin upon
that cross Repeat refrain two

Lavonne Kanis has completed one week of
palliative radiation treatments to reduce her bone cancer and pain. She will have five more treatments this week. We are praying the treatments will provide a
