of Praise: “Jesus Shall
Reign”
Jesus shall reign where'er
the sun
Does its successive journeys run;
His kingdom spread from shore to shore,
Till moons shall wax and wane no more.
To Him shall endless prayer be made,
And endless praises crown His head.
His name like sweet perfume shall rise
With every morning sacrifice.
Let every creature rise and bring
His grateful honors to our King;
Angels descend with songs again,
And earth repeat the loud "Amen!"

Offertory
Song and Song of Preparation: “Crown
Him with Many Crowns”
Crown Him with many crowns,
The Lamb upon His throne.
Hark! how the heavenly anthem drowns
All music but its own!
Awake, my soul, and sing
Of Him who died for thee,
And hail Him as thy matchless King
Through all eternity.
Crown Him the Lord of love!
Behold His hands and side-
Rich wounds, yet visible above,
In beauty glorified.
All hail, Redeemer, hail!
For Thou hast died for me:
Thy praise and glory shall not fail
Throughout eternity.
Crown Him the Lord of life!
Who triumphed o'er the grave;
Who rose victorious in the strife
For those He came to save.
His glories now we sing,
Who died and rose on high,
Who died eternal life to bring
And lives that death may die.
Crown Him the Lord of heaven!
One with the Father known,
One with the Spirit through Him giv'n
From yonder glorious throne.
To Thee be endless praise,
For Thou for us hast died.
Be Thou, O Lord, through endless days
Adored and magnified!
Scripture: Colossians 1:15-20
15 He is the image of the invisible God, the
firstborn over all creation. 16 For by him all things were
created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones
or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him. 17 He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. 18 And he is the head of the
body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so
that in everything he might have the supremacy. 19 For God was pleased to have all
his fullness dwell in him, 20 and through him to reconcile to
himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making
peace through his blood, shed on the cross.

Worship in the morning. Evening offering will be for Youth Unlimited.
Last week’s offering totals: Pine Grove Ministries, $2,229.00;

you very much for your generous giving.
Pastor Bill was appointed by Classis Grand Rapids North to attend
synod, which is meeting in Palos Heights, Illinois this year.
He will leave this Friday and be home late the following week. Please address pastoral concerns to your district
elder or deacon.
The June Pineline is available for pick-up under the welcome tent.
Parents please remind your children that the
landscaping is for everyone to enjoy. Please do not pick the flowers or play in
them as a lot of work goes into maintaining these areas.
Are you available for one or more Sunday mornings this
summer to help open the tent and prepare it for worship? This involves arriving at about
8:45 and helping to raise the sides of the tent and wipe the chairs. Four
to six individuals are needed for each Sunday. If you are able to help out,
please sign up on the schedule in the lobby of the Family Life Center.
Pictorial Directory – There are packets of new pages at the
Welcome Tent for those of you who have a directory but haven’t
received the new pages distributed since last summer
Financial Update – Thank you so much for your financial
support of our Summer Ministry Program last summer. As a result of your gifts and
contributions we were able to purchase a folding machine for folding bulletins,
in addition to paying the operating expenses of the Summer Program. The
offerings for this summer’s program are scheduled for this morning, the morning
worship services of June 13 and Labor Day weekend, and the four evening
concerts. Our
goal this year is to help the church purchase a high-speed copy machine for
bulletins and other large projects at the end of the summer. By far the largest copy runs
are during the summer. Parts are no longer available
for the machine we presently use. Again, thank you so much for
your support.
We have a Prayer Team that meets in the Prayer Room in the
Family Life Center during the morning service. They are willing to pray for
anything that is weighing on your heart. If you have a request, there is
a prayer sheet in the bulletin that you can write your request on and place it
in the collection plate for the first offering. The Team is also available to
you should you desire to have someone pray with you personally. Please
meet them at the Prayer Room after the first offering if that is your need.
Are you a
regular summer worshipper looking for a way to give back to the
church? How
about volunteering one or two Sundays a summer in the nursery? Cassie Boone is always looking
for helpers, or people to fill in when someone can’t make it. If you would like to help out,
or have any questions, please contact Cassie at 616-889-0144. Thank you.
Our supported missionaries in Nicaragua, Joel and Jeanna Huyser, will be here the evening of July 18. If you
are interested in hosting them for the afternoon, please contact Pastor Bill.
Next Sunday we will be honoring our 2010 graduates. As these students
come to a new chapter in their lives, will you help support, encourage
and pray for them as they continue living for Jesus.

“Prayer can do anything God can do. That’s true because the one power in

join us in the Prayer Room in the Family Life Center every Sunday morning at
8:45 or whenever you can come. Feel free to walk in anytime
