WORSHIP SERVICE – June 13, 2010 - 10:00 a.m.
Instrumental
Prelude
Welcome
* Call to Worship: “Holy Ground” (Sing twice)
We are standing on holy ground,
And I know that there are angels all around.
Let us praise Jesus now;
We are standing in His presence on holy ground.
* Opening Prayer and Mutual Greeting
* Songs of Praise: “You Are Worthy”
You are worthy, You are worthy, You are
worthy, O Lord,
To receive glory, glory and honor, Glory
and honor and power.
For You have created, have all things
created; You have created all things.
And for Your pleasure they are created; For You are worthy, O
Lord.
“Worthy,
You Are Worthy”
Worthy, You are worthy;
King of kings, Lord of lords, You are
worthy.
Worthy, You are worthy;
King of kings, Lord of lords, I worship You.
Holy, You are holy;
King of kings, Lord of lords, You are
holy.
Holy, You are holy;
King of kings, Lord of lords, I worship You.
Jesus, You are Jesus;
King of kings, Lord of lords, You are
Jesus.
Jesus, You are Jesus;
King of kings, Lord of lords, I worship You.

Congregational Prayer
Offering
Offertory
Song: “My Savior's Love”
I stand amazed in the presence Of Jesus, the Nazarene,
And wonder how He could love me, A sinner, condemned, unclean.
Refrain: How marvelous, How wonderful!
And my song
shall ever be:
How marvelous, How
wonderful
Is my Savior's love for me!
For me it was in the garden He prayed, "Not My will, but Thine."
He had no tears for His own griefs, But
sweat drops of blood for mine. Refrain
In pity angels beheld Him And came from
the world of light
To comfort Him in the sorrows He bore for my soul that night. Refrain
He took my sins and my sorrows; He made them His very own.
He bore the burden to Calvary And suffered and died alone. Refrain
When with the ransomed in glory His face I at last shall see,
'Twill be my joy through the ages To sing of His love for me. Refrain
Ministry
of Music: “Amazing
Grace/My Chains are Gone”
* Song of Preparation: “Thy Word”
Refrain: Thy
Word is a lamp unto my feet
and a light
unto my path.
Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet
and a light
unto my path.
When I feel afraid, and I think I've lost
my way,
Still You're there right beside me.
Nothing will I fear as long as You are
near.
Please be near me to the end. Refrain
I will not forget Your love for me, and
yet
my heart forever is wandering.
Jesus, be my guide and hold me to Your
side;
I will love You to the end. Refrain
Scripture: Psalm 100
1 Shout for joy to the Lord,
all the earth.
2 Worship the Lord with gladness;
come before him with joyful songs.
3 Know that the Lord is God.
It is he who made us, and we are his;
we are his people, the sheep of his
pasture.
4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving
and his courts with praise;
give thanks to him and praise his name.
5 For the Lord is good and his love endures forever;
his faithfulness continues through all
generations.
Sermon: We Are His
Applicatory
Prayer
* Hymn Response: “O for a Thousand Tongues to
Sing”
O for a thousand tongues to sing My great
Redeemer's praise,
The glories of my God and King, The
triumphs of His grace.
Jesus! the name that charms our fears,
That bids our sorrows cease,
'Tis music in
the sinner's ears, 'Tis life and health and peace.
He breaks the power of canceled sin, He
sets the prisoner free;
His blood can make the foulest clean; His blood availed for me.
Hear Him, ye deaf; His praise, ye dumb, Your
loosened tongues employ;
Ye blind, behold your Savior come; And
leap, ye lame, for joy.
* Benediction
* Doxology: “O for a Thousand Tongues to
Sing”
My gracious Master and my God, Assist me to proclaim,
To spread through all the earth abroad, The
honors of Thy name.
Postlude
*If you are able, please stand
